As Team Leader of the Knowles Team, Sheryl Knowles is an active Asssociate Broker in the Seattle area, and is a Northwest 'native'. Sheryl received her Real Estate license in 1989. She is a Certificated Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). She is also an accredited Staging Professional®.
Sheryl is the past President of the Seattle Metro chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors® and a Director of Washington Association of REALTORS® (WAR), representing Seattle-King County.
