We are no stranger to difficult markets. We understand how challenging home selling can be. Accordingly, we created our Money-Saving Listing System to support all of our sellers.
Here's how it works:
6% -- Our listing fee is 6%. We make a good faith and continuous effort to find you a ready, willing and able buyer at a price and on terms and conditions acceptable to you. We represent your interests in all negotiations.
5% -- Should one of our buyer's agents locate a buyer, our fee is 5%.
3% -- If you locate a buyer and no other real estate agent is involved, our fee is 3%.
1% -- If you locate a buyer and no other real estate is agent involved AND you and the buyer decide you can successfully conclude the transaction without our assistanace, our fee is only 1%.
