~  Refer a potential short sale client to us.  After we pre-qualify them we will pay you,
    up front, $250 for homes valued at $300,000 or less 
    or $500 for homes valued at more than $300,000

~  When the transaction closes, you wil receive 25% of the final listing commission
    less the up front amount
